The DataWarehouse Explorer suite consists of three components:

Report Server

Reports servers are used to centrally store reports that can be accessed both through your intranet and over the Internet. The reports stored on such servers can be accessed both by the website and by the client application.

Website

The website provides an intuitive interface to the reports stored on a report server. Reports can be executed and rendered on the website and optionally be exported and downloaded on demand. From the website the user can also start the client application to design new and existing reports.

Client Application

The client application is used to actually design reports and analyze the data within them. This contents of these help pages are all related to the client application. The website and report server parts are documented separately.
